How we use it
Solely to operate the service: to store your applications, to generate the documents you request, and to apply plan limits to your account.
AI processing
When you request a generation, the relevant application content is sent to an AI provider to produce the analysis, CV, cover letter or interview preparation. It is not used to train third-party models.
Storage and access
Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules. Your applications and related records are readable only by your own account.
Retention and deletion
Applications remain until you delete them. Deleting an application removes all of its related records. Deleting your account removes your profile and applications.

You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time by contacting us or using the controls in your dashboard.
